To submit through iTero: Search using our lab specific ID number: 157640. 

If you have an STL file, and don't have Dentsply Sirona, iTero, 3Shape, CS Connect and Medit Link softwares, simply email cc3dlab@gmail.com with your STL file attached.

We service dentists nationwide. To submit a non digital script, please follow the directions below. Our script is available for download at the bottom of this page if needed.
